Just packed my lunch for my first day at my new job.. This is a new chapter in my life, starting a full time job in an office is completely different that working in a factory or a retailer. This isn't Best Buy. I really think I grew comfortable, and stopped trying to grow. So for tonight I'm not going to worry about what my new job will unearth for me, but just to take it day by day.
I've also been sort of slacking on the chores this weekend, because we were out of town yesterday I feel behind. I ran the dishwasher only to find out that the amazing gel pack that I had purchased doesn't work if they get wet in advance.. So now I'm rerunning the dishwasher only to have to clean the dishes in the sink afterward.. ::sigh::
I've also been dealing with the lovely United States Postal Service to change Jonathon's address.. Unfortunately, this is the third time they've screwed up. First they said they didn't get Jonathon's change of address, but to give them a certain number of days and call back if they really hadn't received it.. So I called them again to have the address changed only to find out that they would have to charge me another dollar to do it over again; and that I would have to call another number to get my dollar returned.. Well after all of that, Jonathon and I stopped by his parents house to drop off Hacienda salsa only to see Jonathon's mail on the table.. Our mail that had our NEW address on it was now being forwarded to our OLD address.. Seriously!? Of course Monday is some dumb holiday that only effects banks and postal workers so I won't be able to take care of that on Monday.
The two things that I need to get done on Monday are will ironically the bank and the USPS. ::sigh::
